Check your receipt

If you completed a purchase, look for the Creem receipt and license delivery email at the address used during checkout. Opening this page alone does not confirm payment or activate a license.

Download and activation

The installation guide is the source for official release availability. Public orders remain closed while download and activation are being prepared. If you have a receipt but did not receive the promised delivery, email kevin@brighteng.org with your order reference so we can resolve it or refund the order.

Refunds and support

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Your license covers 2 Macs and released updates within the purchased major version. See the Terms of Service for the full policy. We aim to reply to support requests within 3 business days.
